From the lower hills of the Wuyi Mountain range in Eastern China with a slightly smokey flavour.

Lapsang Souchong Loose Leaf Tea - This tea is grown in soil which gives the leaf a light tarry character which is enhanced further by firing the tea over wood chippings. Lapsang Souchong is a good accompaniment to chocolate cake and can be drank on its own or with milk, honey or lemon.
